Prof Jay Rajasekera, Tokyo International University Japan
Jay Rajasekera is currently Professor of Digital Business and Strategy at the Institute of International Strategy (IIS) in Tokyo International University and also serves as a Vice President. Professor Rajasekera’s professional career started in 1984 at Bell Laboratories in New Jersey, USA upon earning his Ph.D. from North Carolina State University. Among his many contributions at Bell Laboratories, he designed a "repeater optimization" computer algorithm for the construction of the world's first Undersea Fiber Optic Cable TAT-8 between the US and Europe, which saved millions of dollars of construction costs. His patented algorithm has been in use for designing multi-billion dollar Undersea Fiber Optic Cable systems, which carry a large percentage of the Internet traffic today for major telecommunication carriers. He also earned the Special Contribution Award twice by Bell Laboratories. These algorithms helped AT&T save millions more and win undersea cable projects around the world totaling more than 20 billion USD. In addition, one of his online scheduling systems has been in use for accepting multi-billion dollars of orders per year at Lucent Technologies.

Prof. Dr. Candra Fajri Ananda, SE, M.Sc has had a long and brilliant career in academic and has been appointed in many strategic positions such as Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya (2013-2017), FGD members for the discussion of BI Bill (2015 – now), the Leaders of the DPN (National Management Board) AFEBI (Association of the Indonesian Faculty of Economics and Business (2015-2017), Vice President of Abest21 (accreditation institution) in Tokyo (2015-2017), Head of UB Dean Forum (2013-2017), Head of Indonesian Economist Association – ISEI Malang (2015-2018) and many of other strategic positions.

Currently he is working with North West University- Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at the Mafikeng Campus - South Africa. He have completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship with University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (Graduate School of Business & leadership), Durban South Africa. A qualified Doctorate (PhD) in Management, MBA-Marketing, M.Com-Marketing, and Post Graduate in Human Resource Management. An accomplished and enthusiastic academician with over 12 years of experience in Academia and Research at renowned Management Institutes. He has a successful track record of educating & training management graduates, developing skills and expertise in Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Strategic management, Entrepreneurship and other Business Management subjects.

Dr Lee Ching Hoe, is the general manager of Tortofood Industries Malaysia. He is an enthusiastic leader, with 25 years of industry working experiences, including more than 15 years in Multi-National Corporation’s management and leadership position. Passionate in consulting, mentoring and leading organisation development.

He has published numerous books as the sole author or editor with Palgrave Macmillan, Oxford: Chandos Publishing, Routledge, and IGI International and contributed book chapters to major books published by Palgrave Macmillan, Routledge, Global Publishing House International, IGI International, Edward Elgar Publishing Ltd, Nova Sciences Publishers, and Information Age Publishing. He has also written numerous academic articles for major international journals and conference papers as well being a frequent keynote speaker at academic conferences and a guest on TV news shows in China. Dr. Hipsher has extensive experience in lecturing at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels at various institutions across the world as a full-time or visiting professor. He is currently a visiting faculty member at Mahidol University.
